YDS/YOS (https://yds-next.yanmar.com/ hereinafter called the Website) is operated and managed by Service & Solution Divison, Yanmar Global CS Co., Ltd.(hereinafter called Yanmar). Please read these YDS/YOS2.0 Terms and Conditions (hereinafter called Terms and Conditions) carefully before using the Website, and by accessing or using the Website, you agree to Terms and Conditions.

6. ID and Password
ID and Password is required for each user to use the Website. We recommend chaging the password every 90 days from the perspective of our information security. If you lose your password, please reissue it from “Reset Password” on the login screen.
The password setting must meet the following conditions.
・6 to 12 charactors
・Only single-byte alphanumeric characters can be used.
・Includes one or more letters and numbers
・The same password as the present cannot be set
You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible, in all respects, for all uses of and for protecting the confidentiality of the ID and the Password. Furthermore you acknowledge and agree that you shall not disclose, or otherwise make available, either the ID or the Password to any third party, nor make any use thereof for any purpose other than those specifically authorized herein.

8. Resolution of Conflicts
The use of the Website and interpretation and application of the conditions of use are governed by the laws of Japan or of the country where Yanmar’s Regional Head Quarters is located and your company operates business. Any dispute or conflict arising from the use of the Website or the Terms and Conditions of Use shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court in Japan or the Court designated by Yanmar’s Regional Head Quarters overseeing your company.

When exporting technologies, programs or products obtained through the Website (including disclosure to a non-resident in Japan), you are requested to comply with all applicable laws and regulations including Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law of Japan and/or export control laws of U.S.A.
